	Charlie Hopkins In addition to being a solicitor, Charlie is also a qualified barrister. He appears at public inquiries, as well as running legal challenges in the High Court. Charlie was born in Newport, Gwent in 1953 and brought up in South Wales, attending a local grammar school in Swansea.
